Clinical Decription:
CA125 is used as a tumour marker to monitor the response to therapy for patients with epithelian ovarian cancer. Measurement of Ca 125 before and after cytoreductive surgery for ovarian cancer has been shown to predict the likelihood of a patient being left with residual disease (See package insert for more information).
