Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) FISH Panel

Clinical Decription:
FISH testing for the Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia FISH panel is indicated after a diagnosis of CLL is established. Prognostic testing includes probes for the detection deletion of 17p (TP53), deletion of 11q (ATM), deletion of 13q and for trisomy 12. This test can be performed on peripheral blood or bone marrow.
