Special Instructions: To monitor Trough and Peak levels, draw blood prior to and 1h following a 60 min. I.V. (or 30 min. after a 30 min I.V.) drug administration. Do not take levels from same limb in which drug was infused. Collect with third dose if possible. Separate serum into plastic vials,do not send in glass tubes. Label Post (Peak) clearly on specimen.
