Ceruloplasmin
Clinical Decription:
Decreased levels of ceruloplasmin are found in Wilson?s disease, Menke?s syndrome, hepatic insufficiency and protein loss syndrome. Elevated levels are observed in acute phase reactions, during the use of oral contraceptives and with cholestase.
