Volume: 20 mL (minimum: 10 mL)

Special Instructions: If 24 hour urine required, discard first morning sample, collect all other urine for a 24 hour period, to include second morning sample. Record volume. Add 0.5 mL 5% HCl to 12 mL urine. Record volume and aliquot.
